Pictodive came out of a simple insight: training only has value once what has been learned starts being applied in everyday work.

We help organisations turn important business topics - communication, leadership, sales, taking responsibility, emotional intelligence, organisational culture and onboarding - into concrete behaviours and new working habits.

Our approach brings together three elements:

Workshop materials

Carefully designed content, practical methods for working with people, and a digital platform for putting them to use.

Pictodive is therefore not just a collection of training materials. It is a tool that helps leaders, trainers and coaches start a good conversation, point people towards a specific behaviour, and support applying it over time.

We break complex topics down into small, clear and workable steps. We use visual microlearning, repetition, reflection, group coaching and feedback.

The goal is not to bury people in information, but to help them understand one important idea, try it out, and gradually turn it into a habit.

Pictodive platform

Content can be prepared in advance or developed around the needs of an individual organisation.

It is used in workshops, training sessions, individual and group coaching, and in the learning that happens between meetings, whenever it suits the employee best.

The name Pictodive came from joining the words picto and dive - literally, “a dive into pictures”. Images are an important part of our approach because they draw attention, make understanding easier and open up room for conversation. But a visual is never decoration here.

Every piece of content has a clear educational and practical purpose, whether it illustrates the situation in focus, portrays an emotion, or prompts a conversation about a topic.

We believe behaviour does not change through a single lecture or one good presentation. It changes through good conversations, small practical steps, consistent application and repetition.

Pictodive exists for exactly that.
